Farewell, farewell and more farewells..

Had 2 farewell gatherings for the past few weeks. Haiz.. the peak is coming soon and that spells why the increase in farewell dinners and i think there will be more farewells coming. Everyone's leaving, Peak's coming, Stress level is going up..

2nd of Dec
Farewell gathering with the the hyflux team for Jennie and Wanqing. Went for KTV, then dinner at marche. Quite a lot of ppl turned up, the new team, existing team and the alumni. But too bad that not all stayed for both activities. It would definitely be more fun to have all of them around. Still, we had fun. At work, they are my colleagues, outside work, they are my friends who we can talk abt anything n everything.

Really glad to have known them.

Din really manage to take photos with my digi cam, cos wanqing bought a real pro camera, so we jus used hers. Will have to wait for her to email me the photos.

That's jennie n myself. One of my first few ppl i know from EY. One of my favourite seniors too. Will definitely miss working with her.

We'll be having the Hyflux Team X'mas Party on 22nd Dec at Zyn's house. Very looking forward to it. Hope it'll be fun!

This time round was a farewell dinner with the M1 team. Our manager aka boss was the one who initiated the dinner. Though it was planned quite long ago, but the venue n time was only decided on the day we meet. My first time liasing with boss directly, very nervous indeed. Quite paiseh that it was so unplanned.

Boss booked a buffet dinner at 7pm at Orchard Hotel. Managed to reached there only at 7.30pm. Cos of the traffic and waited for me at the office.. oops! It meant to be a farewell dinner for my seniors in M1 team : Elaine, Erly and Joyce. So wasted that Elaine was sick, so cant join us.

Dinner was alright. Wasnt as awkward as i thought it would be. Luckily, there is erly n joyce there who can make conversation. Haha, think it was my first time that i talked so much to boss.

That's myself, Erly, Boss, Joyce and Dian. Missing was Elaine (ex-senior) and Darren (new assistant)

Now, I'm the only continuity left in the new team. Hopefully, i can pull through the engagement without much difficulty. Wish me luck!
